Our First Lady
Cynthia E. Edmondson was born in Washington, D.C. She attended D.C. public schools, where she met her high school sweetheart, Warren L. Edmondson. After high school graduation she attended Cheney State Penn College and the University of the District of Columbia. Warren and Cynthia were married on July 14, 1985. They then had three beautiful daughters, India, Ivory, and Iyanna.
Through faith Cynthia answered the call of God to be the mouth piece of God and to change lives. In April 1995 she earned her license to preach while under the leadership of Pastor Walter A. Coles. She attended Bible school at Spirit of Faith Bible Institute and the School of Prophets.
In February 2014, she took a bold step of faith and began a ministry with her husband, which is now Superior Living Christian Center. She works closely with her husband in the ministry to fulfill the vision God placed in her husband’s heart. She leads the women’s ministry, "Women Moving Forward". Her heart is to teach women to live a life of purpose and to be all that God has called them to be, as well as, teaching them how to overcome life’s challenges through faith.
